All ready to ship items ship within 24-48 hours

Pre-order items ship in 7-15 working days

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday

Once an order is shipped, it takes 3-7 working days to reach you based on your location

Upon dispatch you will receive tracking details via Whatsapp, sms and e-mail

If a pre-order items get delayed the customer can opt for a Store Credit

Eligibility:

Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges..

RETURN PROCESS

We are delighted to offer return/exchange services for all our products, prioritizing your satisfaction. It's important to note, however, that due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items falling within the following categories:

A prepaid return label will be provided for an order return

The original packing slip must be included in the return package.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Refund/return/exchange will be initiate post pickup only.

Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process at our warehouse.

If you don't like the product or don't find it worth the money, we will take it back and give you 100% refund. Note that all issues are accepted only within the return window of 7 days from product delivery and in unused conditions.
